Homeowners don't hire plumbers there.

LinkedIn is where your buyers professionally exist, and consistent presence plus direct outreach genuinely produces contracts. Residential consumer services: mostly no. The residential exceptions worth knowing: property managers, realtors, GCs, and facility managers. Referral sources who DO live on LinkedIn. A residential trade can profitably run a narrow LinkedIn presence aimed only at that referral layer.

If you go: the owner's personal profile outperforms the company page tenfold. Useful posts from a person with a face beat corporate updates from a logo. Same rule as everywhere, sharper here.
