What questions should I ask an agency. And what will a go…

Your six: Who exactly works on my account day-to-day? What does the first 90 days produce, concretely? Which accounts get created and who owns them? What does your average client at my budget receive monthly? How do I leave, and what leaves with me? What did you fail at recently. And what did you do about it?

What a GOOD agency asks you first: your margins, your close rate, what a customer is worth, where leads come from now, and what happened with previous marketing help. An agency that quotes before understanding your unit economics is selling a package, not a partnership.

The preparation that makes the meeting productive: know your five numbers (leads, CPL, close rate, response speed, reviews) and your one goal. Agencies quote sharper against specifics. And the ones that get excited about your numbers are the ones who'll move them.

This is the work. Want it done?

Everything here is free to use yourself. That’s the point. If you’d rather a senior marketer just handle it, in your accounts and your name: 20-minute call, no pitch deck.
