Wrong hours usually mean Google 'improved' you: it applies suggested edits from users and data providers, and quietly publishes holiday-hour guesses. Fix the hours, then set special hours for every upcoming holiday in advance. Profiles with explicit holiday hours don't get guessed at.

Make the quarterly drift-check a habit (it's in our local checklist): hours, phone, categories. Reverted edits are common enough that checking is cheaper than discovering via an angry doorstep review.
