Per inbox, our planning default is about 30 cold sends a day — conservative on purpose. Volume beyond that comes from more inboxes across more domains (roughly 3 inboxes per domain), never from pushing one address harder.

Per inbox, our planning default is about 30 cold sends a day — conservative on purpose. Volume beyond that comes from more inboxes across more domains (roughly 3 inboxes per domain), never from pushing one address harder.

New inboxes send almost nothing at first: warmup means starting single-digit and ramping over 14–30 days. The 30/day figure is for a warmed, established inbox.

These are our operating defaults, not laws of physics — some senders run hotter and survive for a while. The asymmetry is what matters: sending less than you could costs a little reach; sending more than you should costs the domain.
