Reading results honestly: each list answers for itself. One listing is a headwind, not a death sentence; 'unavailable' means that list rate-limited the query and is NOT a clean bill; and young, cheaply-named domains trip URI lists most often.

If listed: pause cold sends from that domain, keep warmup running, and use the list's own free delisting process. Then make checking monthly routine — the failure mode isn't getting listed, it's not knowing for six weeks.
