Reading results honestly: each list answers for itself. One listing is a headwind, not a death sentence; 'unavailable' means that list rate-limited the query and is NOT a clean bill; and young, cheaply-named domains trip URI lists most often.

If listed: pause cold sends from that domain, keep warmup running, and use the list's own free delisting process. Then make checking monthly routine. The failure mode isn't getting listed, it's not knowing for six weeks.
